Similar to e-Books, e-Music is starting to gain popularity over the Internet. Many artists and music labels have started to sell their music online, through such as outlets as iTunes. An example of this is Josh Groban, who, according to GrobanWire.com, distributed an exclusive track from his latest album online for free. As the distribution of music moves from selling physical CDs to online tracks, the production of CDs decreases. In turn, Earth’s resources are conserved and we do not have to deal with the disposal of CDs, which, as e-Waste, take a long time to degrade naturally.
