Often taken for granted, the conveniences of modern student life, such as textbooks, stationery and electronics, are a far cry from the scrolls, slates and abacuses of the past.
In this section, we examine the impact of paper use by students on the environment. Paper is effectively forms the staple crop of a student's diet. All texts, resources, assessments and bookwork is carried out or eventually displayed in a written form, making its eco-friendly consumption and usage a keystone for the success of environmental awareness programs.
