The Executive Board of the Underground Union comprises of one representative from each of the member cities. Every six years a general election is held throughout the Union to elect the member for each city. Following the announcement of the elected members, an executive election is called for elected members to decide upon the Chief Executives. The Chief Executive positions include President, Secretary and two Vice Presidents. The elected Chief Executives then assign each of the thirteen remaining members a department of the Union Government. The current Executive Board is:
